Description

Caima is an AI-powered management platform for creators, helping them manage brand collaborations from first inbound email to negotiation, delivery, and reporting. The product acts like a personal AI manager: it reads and summarizes collaboration offers, structures messy brand briefs, drafts replies and follow-ups, tracks deliverables and deadlines, supports pricing decisions, and helps creators close campaigns properly with clean reporting.

Context

Professional creators increasingly make a large share of their income from brand collabs, but most still manage the process manually. As their audience and deal flow grow, the work becomes more complex. But most existing creator economy tools are built for brands and agencies, not for creators themselves. Caima takes the opposite approach. It starts from the creator’s workflow and helps them handle the admin, strategy, and execution around brand collaborations with more confidence and less friction.

Problem

Creators are increasingly running real businesses, but the tools around them have not caught up. Brand collaborations often arrive as long email threads, vague briefs, scattered attachments, unclear deliverables, changing deadlines, and manual reporting requests.

For many creators, the biggest bottleneck is not creativity. It is the operational layer around the work: deciding which collaborations are worth taking, negotiating confidently, keeping track of what has been agreed, delivering on time, and proving campaign results afterwards.

At the same time, hiring a traditional manager is expensive, commission-based, and often only available once a creator is already large enough. This leaves many professional and emerging creators stuck in the middle: too busy to manage everything manually, but not yet ready or willing to give away a share of their income.

Process

Caima was developed through close collaboration with creators, using interviews, live product demos, and feedback from early beta users to understand how brand collaborations actually work in practice.

The process focused on mapping the full creator-side collaboration workflow: how offers arrive, how creators evaluate them, where negotiation breaks down, what information gets lost, and which tasks create the most unnecessary admin.

Early product work centered on turning messy, unstructured inputs into clear next steps. This included testing how Caima could summarize collaboration offers, extract key deliverables, identify deadlines, draft responses, support pricing decisions, and help creators stay on top of campaign execution.

Rather than designing Caima as another AI tool or dashboard, the product was shaped around the moments where creators actually need help: when an offer lands, when they need to decide whether it is worth it, when they need to reply professionally, and when they need to deliver without dropping details.

Solution

Caima gives creators a structured workspace for managing brand collaborations end to end.

The platform connects to the creator’s collaboration inbox, analyzes incoming offers, and turns them into clear summaries, suggested actions, and organized collaboration briefs. From there, creators can review the opportunity, draft replies, track deliverables, manage deadlines, and prepare campaign reporting in one place.

The product combines automation with human control. Caima can suggest, summarize, draft, and organize, but the creator stays in charge of final decisions and communication.

The result is a workflow that feels closer to having a manager in your corner than using another admin tool. Caima helps creators protect their time, understand their commercial value, and handle brand collaborations with more confidence.

Key Insights

Creators do not just need more tools. They need help making sense of scattered information and turning it into decisions.

The most valuable moments are often at the start of a collaboration: quickly understanding what the brand is asking for, whether the opportunity fits, how much work it requires, and whether the compensation makes sense.

Trust and control are critical. Creators are open to AI support when it saves time and improves clarity, but they still want to approve what gets sent, protect their voice, and stay in control of their relationships.

The creator-side workflow is underserved. Most existing platforms optimize for brands, agencies, and campaign tracking. Caima’s opportunity comes from starting with the creator: their inbox, their workload, their earning potential, and their need for a reliable system around collaboration work.

The broader insight is that creator businesses are becoming more professional, but the infrastructure around them is still fragmented. Caima is built for that gap.
